The 1st Nebraska Volunteers Brass Band will re-create the 1st Nebraska Volunteer Infantry Regiment Band by:
- Playing authentic music drawn from original Civil War band books.
- Wearing appropriate Union Army band uniforms of 1861-1862.
- Acquiring period brass instruments and drums.
